Position Summary:
Primary Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate is to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship products per production rates. Associate will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive/stock product, pick, pack, prep, and ship orders to stores and on-line customers accurately following standard operating procedures.
- Follow all Company safe working practices, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management.
- Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- Ability to respond to direction from ALL leadership management teams.
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with warehouse setting, WMS picking procedures and prior experience
Ability to operate RF scanners to successfully receive, pick and replenish products
Ability to pack product using preferred company methods safely and accurately
Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
Ability to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levels.
Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
Ability to understand all functions of the business.
Ability to work closely and effectively promoting teamwork and respect.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working overtime per business and operational needs. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to job duties at any time.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
