Job Requirements:
• Directly supervise a group of at least (8) Sharp employee housekeepers and (9) agency employee housekeepers across (3) shifts Monday through Friday, as well as weekends. • Ensure that all cGMP and non-cGMP housekeeping activities, as well as gowning, within (1) 210,000 ft2 warehouse and (3) production buildings totaling 320,000 ft2 are performed safely, as scheduled and in accordance with the expected service level so that the facility is maintained in an “inspection ready” state at all times. • Ensure that all housekeeping activities are performed in full compliance with the relevant procedure(s), work instructions, forms, regulatory requirements, etc. Ensure that cGMP housekeeping activities are documented, utilizing GDPs (Good Documentation Practices), in accordance with those procedure(s). • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in revising and updating housekeeping procedure(s), work instructions, forms, etc. • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in developing and maintaining a comprehensive scope of work and schedule for all housekeepers. Monitor the effectiveness of that scope and schedule; make adjustments accordingly. • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in 1) developing and maintaining a comprehensive list of equipment needed to complete the agreed upon scope of work for housekeeping, 2) facilitating the preventive and corrective maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and 3) planning to repair or replace housekeeping equipment as part of the annual capital and expense budgeting processes. • Take action to ensure that a sufficient inventory of housekeeping consumables is maintained on site. • Develop and maintain healthy and productive working relationships with key internal clients and external vendor partners. Consistently demonstrate effective communication at multiple levels. • Routinely conduct field inspections of Sharp’s facilities to identify any housekeeping deficiencies. Ensure that such deficiencies are safely, properly and promptly addressed. • Serve as a housekeeper as necessary to support the business. • Assign housekeepers in support of facilities capital projects as and when needed. • Promptly investigate and resolve any housekeeping related complaints. • Train housekeepers as necessary to build skillsets and ensure competence in all housekeeping activities. Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in having all housekeeper training completed on time and documented accordingly. • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services with daily time entries. • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in the assessment of housekeeper performance vs. annual objectives, and in the discipline process. • Assist the Manager, Facilities – Soft Services in interviewing potential housekeepers as necessary. • Actively seek opportunities to improve housekeeping and make it more cost effective and efficient. • Work extended hours beyond a traditional work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts as needed, sometimes with little or no notice. • Comply with all Sharp safety rules, policies, and procedures. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Picks specimens according to customer order.

- 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 4pm-12:30am
- Overtime may be required
Job Duties of the Forklift Operator:
- Work in a warehouse setting moving and storing automotive parts
- Operate production equipment including a Forklift or tugger
- Ensure materials are prepared and ready for pick up
- Perform general warehouse duties as requested
- Stand for 8-10 hours per day as needed
Job Requirements of the Forklift Operator:
- Experience in a warehouse setting
- At least 3 months of experience operating a forklift is required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. as needed
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours as needed
- Ability to work overtime days and weekends as needed
