JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Operator will be responsible for successfully operating equipment, evaluating samples, and compiling information and reports. The list of duties includes but are not limited to: safety, quality, housekeeping, operations, maintenance, material handling, and inventory management.
JOB DUTIES:
- Fill molding with cement and prepare to be cured.
- Removing cement out of moldings and palletizing them.
- Checking quality of all moldings and making sure that the products are meeting the required standard.
- Continuously interact with peers and managers about daily interactions, potential issues, and needs; it is critical that you remain approachable and engaged with the team – we look out for one another, and communication is the key.
- Must be flexible to work in multiple areas, adapt to production schedule changes, environmental changes, and potential work schedule changes
- Follow all environmental and housekeeping requirements, properly dispose of trash, regularly sweep keeping material, oil and water off floors and keep contaminated material from entering process water system.
- Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment (training will be provided).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have minimum 3-6 months of manufacturing or machine operating experience.
- Must have at least a GED or High school diploma. Education verifications will be performed.
- Must be able to lift and stack heavy objects not to exceed 50 pounds and carry these items up to 50 feet of distance.

- Ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs. up to 50 % of the shift.
- Ability to stand/walk/bend/twist for prolonged periods of up to 12 hours/day as needed per production area.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising warehouse operations and personnel, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

JOB SUMMARY:
This position requires operating a forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor, paved, and unpaved environment. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, covered, and uncovered manufacturing facility.
JOB DUTIES:
- Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment
- Organize product in the yard according to inventory procedures
- Safely load product onto and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers
- Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation, recording and interpreting shipping documentation, weights & measures, labels, and production schedules?
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years experience operating forklift in an outdoor yard environment
- Ability to perform routine inspection, fueling & preventive maintenance duties (lubrication, cleaning, battery change)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Math, communication, and comprehension skills to interface with transportation, dispatch, & direct trailer hitch operations
- Ability to successfully pass internal Forklift Certification Training and demonstrate safety procedures
- Able to perform job tasks in sometimes dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions

- Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction.
- Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirements
- Performs routine machine maintenance
- Assist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
