• Troubleshooting, identifying problems, and repairing machines.
• Operate Electrical pads, electrical diagrams Pneumatic systems, electro/solenoid valves, gearbox service, tabulator.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines to avoid prolonged downtime for corrective maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and track work orders.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical and material handling equipment.
• Identify, manage and maintain an updated list of critical parts.
• Support process improvement to achieve lower production cost (improves maintenance efficiency).
• Comply with the policies and procedures established for the department and the company.
• Knowledge of Machinery with automated control systems.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Supervise Personnel.
• Know and apply good maintenance practices.
• Comply with safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or related career.
• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance position or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Proficiency in Google work space, particularly forms, Excel and Drive.
