Shift: Monday-Friday

9:00AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate: $20-$22 Depending on Experience

Essential Job Functions:

Warehouse Management Experience: Monitor and ensure efficient warehouse processes and practices through cla

Claims Management: Review and manage claims, including downloading footage and sending responses to Client. Enhance follow-up processes between Client and Operations (Ops) to ensure timely resolution. Ensure that actions are completed and closed.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Inventory Lead and address and resolve inventory discrepancies and gaps.

Claims Documentation: Maintain updated claim files, including videos and corrective action Ensure timely follow-up by Ops for claim resolutions.

Supervisory Follow-up: Provide backup support for the Return Supervisor as needed.

Internal Claims & Troubleshooting: Manage and resolve internal claims related to warehouse processes and operations.

Forklift/Clamp Operator

Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm overtime when needed.

Location-Wilmington, NC

Needed immediately.

• • Safely operates PIV equipment, (forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers) to load, unload, sort, stack, and stage product
  • Locates and picks material into/out of warehouse racks and between locations
  • Ensure that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition
  • Work with local and regional freight companies 
  • Stock and arrange product to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Enters inventory into software system
  • Ensure accuracy of part number, quantity, and other data field entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, and location. Resolves discrepancies as necessary
  • Ensures that pallets are stable, have appropriate height, and are free of damage
  • Prioritizes the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to meet customer needs
  • Performs training, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned

Shift is from 12 noon to 9 pm. $18hr and there mandatory overtime and some Saturday’s. This will be temporary and the temp will move to an open shift once project is completed Follow specific directions to perform shipping and receiving assignments that require basic understanding and use of standard procedures. Req. electric pallet jack experience. 

Fulfill client orders by utilizing forklift when needed to assist with lifting. Filling proprietary mix/blend of raw liquid material for shipping.
