ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory
• • Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues
• • Return material coming from customer to factory
• • Transfer material to the appropriate area
• • Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and locations • Safe use of all equipment
• • Function autonomously, reporting progress and issues to supervisor/management
• • Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
• • Maintain appropriate records and reports to ensure inventory control and security. Conduct physical inventory as required.
• Assist in conduct daily / monthly “in-house” cycle count when required, support shipping / receiving in locating missing items throughout facility.
• • Perform safety audits per operation requirements. Report and correct any unsafe operations
• The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting.
• Computer data entry is required for receipts, shipments and inventory maintenance.
• The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility is in compliance with quality standards.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

 Hours:  Monday to Friday 6:00pm to completion (Saturday if work not completed during the week)

Experience on Order Picker / Cherry Picker forklift required.

• The Picker Order selector accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset.

• Hand stacks cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head throughout the duration of the shift.

• Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.

• Hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.

• Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc.

Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties.

 Responsibilities for this Casting Grid Bars job include:

• Casting refractory parts by mixing materials and pouring into molds
• Prep molds for parts (finished parts weigh between 2-80 lbs).
• Demold refractory part
• Cosmetic work
  • Washcoating
  • Hand sanding
  • Check for cracks , voids fill if necessary
• Transfer to proper shelf in curing room
• If needed operate mobile equipment or crane
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Other tasks as directed

As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading or unloading merchandise from semi tractor trailers and other vehicles properly, safely and in a timely manner.  Responsibilities for this Forklift Operator job include:

• Load / unload merchandise from semi tractor trailers and other delivery vehicles- manually.
• Operate tugger, forklift, order selector, etc.
• Locate and pull merchandise to be loaded onto semi trailers.
• Scan merchandise and sort it according to shipping dates
• Maintain designated areas in the warehouse where merchandise, already consigned to specific stores can be held until the proper ship date.
• Accurately scan merchandise into the warehouse system and check for accuracy.
• Properly tag merchandise coming into the warehouse.
• Sort merchandise for placement in warehouse storage.
• Properly place merchandise in assigned racks and bins throughout the warehouse.
• General housekeeping duties.
