Job Opening: Lead – Weekend Shift

Prologistix is hiring a Forklift Certified Lead in Locust Grove, GA.

Shift is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Pay is $20/hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Confirm hours and that all associates clocked in are signed in for verification.
• Meet new associates on their first day, show them around and take them to their assigned function based on partnership with leader for assignment.
• Knowledge of schedule to include breaks/lunches.
• Equipment Certified Daily Safety Observations Trained on Reading Daily Reports to share productivity.
• Track individual performance, and daily detail production.
• Panel Representation – Speak on performance and action plans.
• Holding employees accountable; safety, accuracy, productivity, and behaviors.
• Weekly follow up on hours of service. Perform working duties to ensure all work is completed in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring housekeeping is being kept up with.
• You will work with the SPM daily with assigned tasks Other tasks related to one’s position may be assigned by the supervisor/manager and are required to be performed as part of one’s job, even if not included in the job description.
• You will be a WORKING LEAD – You WILL TRAIN AND FILL IN WHERE EVERY NEEDED. – So you must be comfortable lifting 60-75lbs consistently throughout the day.
