Job Opening: Temporary HR Recruiter

ProLogistix is immediately hiring for a temporary Human Resources Recruiter!

We’re looking for a person to help review and screen resumes for skilled warehouse positions through peak season! This is a temporary position estimated to last 2-3 months at our client in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Shift Available:

• 1st: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ($18.00/hr.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings
• Review resumes for potential fit of candidates
• Conduct pre screen phone conversations to discuss open positions with candidates
• Coordinate with Human Resources team to schedule interviews
• Follow up with candidates to facilitate onboarding and start date

Job Requirements:

• Human Resources, data entry, administrative and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience navigating systems on a computer to access information required.
• Basic computer skills are a must.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and phone skills.
