Pay Rate: $27
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assisting associates with any questions that may arise.
- Recruiting such as contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Entering workman comp reports.
- Assisting in maintaining organized personnel files.
- Assisting with new hire onboards.
- Administration duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent, organizational, and time management skills. Along with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and talent managements systems, as well as employment related laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates a positive, helpful attitude, professional demeanor, and dependability.
- Assist with administrative tasks for employee onboarding, new hire orientation, required training, and support.
- Explains and provides information on employee benefits, programs, and education.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Supports the development and administration of programs, policies, and processes to facilitate employee and organizational development.
Practices strong engagement with all team members including accepting diversity of ideas and thoughts, sharing responsibility for success, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping employees solve problems.
