ProLogistix is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious client in Whitsett, NC.
Schedule and Pay for Customer Service Representative:
- Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
- $15.00/hr
Job Duties for customer Service Rep include, but not limited to:
- Update database systems by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
- Provide status feedback to customers, end users and call center
- Provide escalation data to support decision making for larger accounts
- Provide invoices to customer for billable repairs
- Payment collections
- Overtime will be required during peak season
- Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing scores
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers

- High School Diploma or GED Certificate Preferred Technical/Functional Skills
- Minimum 1 year recent quality experience a plus • Quality assurance experience is required
- Must be a team player
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Quality certifications or memberships is a plus
- Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts and overtime in a warehouse environment
- Able to move boxes, totes and products and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand up and bend for entire shift
- Able to count accurately
- Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
