Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect repack area to determine quality of produce and indicate produce to be repacked or removed
• Review packing list and follow all required food safety procedures
• Inspect repacking area to determine quality of produce and indicate produce to be repacked or removed
• Ensure workers are following repack procedures in accordance with customer & management specifications

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine
• Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
• Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications
• Ability to stand long hours
• Must maintain a food handlers’ card
• OT Mandatory including some weekends
