Job Overview:

We’re seeking a responsible, motivated, and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Pest Control Technician. No prior pest control experience is needed! We provide full training to help you succeed in this role. All we need is someone willing to learn and eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and potential issues
• Apply safe and effective treatments as trained
• Communicate with customers to explain services and answer questions
• Maintain and operate company-provided tools and equipment responsibly
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow company guidelines
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
