Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 months of Assembly experience
• Knowledge of  Safety Guidelines
• Lift up to 20-50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to work OT 

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, inspect, and report on the quality of products, repairs, workmanship, proper labeling, allocation, and staging of parts received from suppliers and manufactured internally. 
• Perform QC tests on products in various stages of completion and perform minor repairs according to established procedures. 
• Maintain good quality processes and 5-S standards within the QC Department 
• Review all analysis reports with supervisor and produce reports as necessary
• Enter all data into the laboratory reporting system (QMS) 
• Attend all training and train QC personnel as requested 
• Monitor and maintain QC equipment and tools, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly. 
• Comply with and promote company practices in the areas of safety. human relations, quality, cost, housekeeping and delivery targets
