Sanitation Worker Job Responsibilities

• Performs dry clean-up process removing and cleaning meat product and debris
• Disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing
• Clean & rinse equipment and production rooms with hot, high pressure water hose
• Inspect equipment and work surfaces for defects, report for repair
• Assist and communicate with quality control department
