Job Opening: Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead in Los Indios TX! 

Schedule: Multiple Shift options available

Pay: $13.50/hr Paid Weekly! 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
• Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
