• Pay: $18.50 plus possible OT

• Job Responsibilities:
• Have strong Microsoft Excel experience.
• Have a working knowledge of SAP
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Highly professional to interact with client directly.
• Able to correspond via email in a professional manner.
• Other general labor warehouse duties as assigned.
