Job Opening: Production Machine Operators

**Positions will be on first shift with a rotating schedule.**

Pay $18.50 – $20 Per Hour

Our Machine operators are key positions to keep production lines working, leading, and managing the people of the line to ensure the delivery of pieces with superior quality.

Responsibilities for Production Machine Operators include:

• Keeping the machines in good condition and having a work area looking tidy and clean.
• Performing each of the positions that involve the performance of the production line. 
• Ensure the production reporting of the assigned line is done accurately and in a timely manner. 
• Ensure that quality needs are kept in compliance, reporting any issues or detected failures. 
• Contribute to the constant flow of the line avoiding not programmed downtimes. 
• Support Change Overs, quality inspections, machine cleaning. 
• Proactive detection of safety and quality issues and timely escalating any issue to the Production Technicians or Team Coordinators/ Line Leads to receive the proper support. 
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements for Production Machine Operators include:

Flexibility in schedule, able to work rotating shifts

6 months related experience in a production packing

1 year experience in manufacturing environment
