Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Events Coordinator for our client in Livermore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing company events. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure that all events are organized seamlessly and effectively, from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, location setup, vendor management, and equipment.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of event supplies and materials.
- Assist in managing budgets, detailing costs, and tracking expenditures.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events.
- Ensure a smooth execution of events by overseeing setup, registration, and breakdown processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
