At Prologistix we are looking for a Customer Care Rep

Pay rate up to $19 per hour 

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

• One year of Clerical experience.
• Must have Excel and Word exp 
• Must be able to read write and understand English.
• Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

Duties include:

• • Communication skills – Past position where they had to interact with people, email correspondence, busy phones.
  • Able to build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs.
  • Experience in answering customer calls and in transferring calls.
