Field Recruiter Job Requirements

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Previous experience in management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

Field Recruiter Job Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of recruiting, including interviewing, onboarding and placement.
• Work with clients on staff performance and staffing needs.
• Service assigned clients to provide staff for their needs.
• Communicate with clients and associates’ phone, email and text.
