Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Bulk Associate in Arden Hills, MN – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.75

Description:

• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turret or electric pallet jack to move product within the warehouse.
• Organizing orders to be picked efficiently
• Selecting orders by pulling, stacking and labeling merchandise and bringing it to the staging area all while maintaining the highest level of safety.
• Stack empty pallets and clean and sweep work area and remove trash as you go to maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education and experience
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker helpful
• An ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment
• An ability and willingness to keep work area clean
• An inclusive approach with your colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues
• An ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
• An ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations

Additional Requirements:

• Ability of to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business needs
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet or more as needed as needed
