Job Opening: Staff Performance Supervisor

ProLogistix has exciting seasonal Staff Performance Manager position available immediately. We are looking for an individual with previous experience leading, coaching and supervising workforces.  While warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, we are open to individuals looking to gain experience and exposure in a new industry.  

Are you our next 2nd Shift Supervisor?  Hours are Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 3:00am plus additional days if needed.

Staff Performance Manager expectations:

• Prefer Spanish and English written and verbal skills but not required
• Managing our workforce from first day check ins through coaching and development and potential terminations
• Help elevate our workforce through productivity monitoring and coaching for improvement and acknowledging our top performer and those who improve
• Conduct worker reviews and safety observations  routinely
• May assist in the hiring process of new employees
• Communicate professionally with client stakeholder on a regular basis

To be successful as a Staff Performance Manager, you will want to have

• 3 months in a fast-paced, high volume warehouse or distribution center preferred 
• Good computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• At least six month of experience in a role that required people management at some level
