Distribution Customer Service Representative
The customer service representative answers inbound and places outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of somewhat complex customer inquiries and problems and non-routine matters. Check in drivers. Process BOL. Schedules deliveries and pick up.

- Temp to hire
- Schedule: 3-2-2 rotating 2:00PM-2:30PM
- Pay: $21.50/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Set daily delivery appointments.
- Process incoming deliveries.
- Process completed loads.
- Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
- Files paperwork daily
- Able to meet clients requirements; Drug Test; Full 7-Year Background Check; E-Verify/I-9
- Composite toe shoes
- Able to work in cold, refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
