Job Opening: Quality Assurance Technician

Hiring Quality Assurance Technicians in Bethel, PA

Thursday to Saturday || 6:50pm to 7am || $19/hour

Quality Assurance Technician Duties Include:

• Check specific gravity on each incoming load of potatoes
• Check moisture of chips, notify/work with fryer operators of results
• Check salt content and seasoning
• Perform organoleptic evaluations of chips for defects, flavors, etc.
• Verify metal detector performance
• Inspect lines at start-up and during changeover
• Collect raw metal and finish product samples

Quality Assurance Technician Requirements Include:

• Food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot/cold temperature environments
