We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk in Brownsville, TX.
As Customer Service Specialist you will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties.
Pay $14PH
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Create and update excel worksheets as needed
- Performing general office clerk duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in an industrial or professional setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong background in Excel
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve client issues and concerns.
