Job Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices: Ensuring that invoices from suppliers are processed and paid for

• Cash flow: Optimizing cash flow and taking advantage of early payment discounts

• Vendor relationships: Maintaining good relationships with vendors and negotiating payment terms

• AP reports: Creating reports to monitor payments, measure spending metrics, and help with cash flow management

• Account reconciliation: Comparing paid invoices to bank records to ensure the books are correct

• Prepare and process payments, monitor aging, follow up on overdue invoices

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent or related Accounts Payable
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency, MS Office
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Detail oriented
