Prologistix is seeking a dedicated and skilled Repair Engineer II to support the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities of Aviation Technical Services (ATS). About the Role
As a Repair Engineer II, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance or repairs due to structural damage. Working under minimal supervision, you’ll develop and implement repair solutions that align with regulatory requirements, best practices, and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop structural repairs for aircraft and components using OEM, FAA, airline, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with mechanics to assess damage and deliver timely, airworthy repair solutions.
- Work with OEMs, third-party design centers, and internal teams to substantiate the soundness of repairs.
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and repair documentation.
- Apply expertise from Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), and other reference materials.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory authorities in all engineering documents and repairs.
- Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers and team members.
