ProLogistix is seeking a Logistics Clerk for our client in Kent, WA.
Sunday through Thursday|11:00am-7:30pm|$21/hr – Temp to hire opportunity
The Logistics Clerk Associate is responsible for maintaining specific administrative tasks including filing, copying, collecting documents, answering phones, ordering, and distributing supplies, and data entry. This role will also include warehouse/driver support such as communication with drivers, sales, and vendors when needed. The logistics office associate will maintain all logistic related date and reports. Other task may include maintaining customer records, sorting, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, printing invoices, assembling sheets, ability to drive with a sit-down forklift or EPJ, and receiving phone calls.
Logistics Administrator job duties:
- Release orders.
- Invoicing.
- Assist Will Call
- Shipping & receiving
- Loading & unloading trucks
- Arrange ship-outs.
- Communicate with drivers, sales team, and customers.
- Assist assemblers in the warehouse.
- Put away returned merchandise.
- Order warehouse supplies.
- Protective shoes/boots required.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including EXCEL, Word, and Outlook
- Customer service experience
