Job Opening: Repair Technician Lead

Brand new facility on Outer Loop is needing an experienced Repair Technician Lead to join their start up team!

1st shift opportunity. Responsible for identifying and diagnosing damage to product, problem solving, metal forging, and leading a team.

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of leadership and departments using, Microsoft teams, Microsoft Forms, and other contact methods proficiently and proactively
• Able to effectively and safely work in a fast paced environment
• Metal Forging/Fabrication 
• Steel toes required
• Start up company, so must be able to adapt to changes
• Have some flexibility in schedule

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years Team Lead
• 1-2 years Warehousing or Manufacturing experience
• 2 years Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Forms, experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic metal fabrication
• Experience problem solving and troubleshooting repairs
• Experience in damage diagnostics
