Now seeking an experienced Assembly Team Lead for an award-winning manufacturing facility in Buford.

Day Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of 2 employees.
• Ensure efficient handling and processing of SMT/PCBA components in a warehouse setting.
• Verify and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience and knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
• Cherry/Order Picker Lift certification.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and advanced critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
