Customer Support Technician
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Technician you will provide technical support and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing warranty claims, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience and knowledge in HVAC/Refrigeration and possess strong customer service skills. Field technicians from related industries who are seeking an office environment are also encouraged to apply. While our team will provide specialized training for this role, candidates should have a working knowledge of technical products to effectively assist with troubleshooting and installation guidance. Additionally, Customer Support Technicians will spend several hours daily on the phone assisting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and installation guidance.
- Complete and maintain accurate service reports.
- Handle inbound calls and assist with warranty claims.
- Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
- Experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
