Job Title: Experienced Mail Inserter 

Location: Troy, MI Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled High-Speed Mail Inserter Machine Operator to join our team in Troy, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting high-speed mail inserter machines, specifically the Roll-in with 6 pocket 2D barcode matching system. This role involves handling various types of mail, including bank statements, checks, invoices, and flats. Strong teamwork and collaboration with co-workers are essential to maximize efficiency and output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate high-speed mail inserter machines.

• Manage different types of mail, such as bank statements, checks, invoices, and flats.

• Perform routine inspections of equipment to detect quality control issues or mechanical problems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to ensure smooth production.

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production processes.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to mail insertion operations.

 Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE experience with high-speed mail inserter machines, particularly the Roll-in with 6 pocket 2D barcode matching system.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple types of mail and ensure quality control.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
