We are currently hiring for an Account Receivables Specialist in Oakland, CA. This position is 100% onsite. 

The Accounts Receivable Specialist I has a direct line of communications with internal departments and plays a vital role in maintaining a good client service relationship. The ideal candidate is approachable, people oriented and will demonstrate flexibility, a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, exceptional leadership skills and is not afraid to make decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Comply with various invoicing procedures and submissions per clients’ expectations(Standard, Manifest, EDI, and Online)

•Establish an excellent communication relationship directly with clients, Optimization Department, Finance Department, and I.T. Department

•Review invoices and corresponding backup documentation for accuracy/completeness

•Process all invoices in a timely manner – and submit directly to the client within 24 hours of processing

•Keep track of and maintain daily visibility of orders in queue, ensuring timely invoicing

•Keep a record and visibility of all invoices generated (Invoiced in and outside of Trinium)

•Coordinate with internal departments and staff for procurement of data

•Assign a suitable archival method and integrate all the company invoices for convenientviewing

Maintenance Assistance

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p

Pay Rate: $18.00

Maintenance assistance is responsible for maintaining the condition of the building and equipment. Will perform general maintenance and complete simple repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial. May be required to assist other departments in the operation. Will rely on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform daily job tasks. Must be able to perform assigned duties, the equipment used can include but are not limited to sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, sweeper scrubber, scissor lift, cherry picker, or pallet jack. Operates common hand or power tools. Will adhere to the Basic Safety Forklift Guidelines while operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Will maintain an active forklift certification.
