POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Confer with internal and external customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, obtain details of issues. Receive and respond to customer issues; interaction with other departments is crucial in helping to resolve issues. Resolve customers’ service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and pick-ups. Coordinate cross dock processing.
