Qualifications: 

• 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical. 
• Attention to detail is a top priority.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Understanding and following company’s  processes and procedures 
• Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.

Responsibilities:

As a warehouse coordinator, you would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities with the drivers, and warehouse while ensuring company is staying in compliance with STA guidelines.

• A good understanding of the customer's Products and Services Basic understanding of world geography Understanding of Global Supply Chain and the role of an International Logistics Provider
• Managing inventory and cycle counts for varies company accounts. 
• Coordinate outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to customer specifications. 
• Manage carrier relationships and coordinate delivery schedules. 
• Communicate effectively with other departments including sales, customer service, and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to address operational challenges and resolve issues.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift and move heavy items. 
• Forklift operation as needed, sit -down and stand-up/ reach.
