Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical.
- Attention to detail is a top priority.
- Able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Understanding and following company’s processes and procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics.

Responsibilities:
As a warehouse coordinator, you would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities with the drivers, and warehouse while ensuring company is staying in compliance with STA guidelines.
- A good understanding of the customer's Products and Services Basic understanding of world geography Understanding of Global Supply Chain and the role of an International Logistics Provider
- Managing inventory and cycle counts for varies company accounts.
- Coordinate outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to customer specifications.
- Manage carrier relationships and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with other departments including sales, customer service, and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to address operational challenges and resolve issues.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Forklift operation as needed, sit -down and stand-up/ reach.
