Job Opening: Reach Truck (Forklift)

We are currently recruiting Top Notch forklift and Electric Pallet Jack operators for 1^st and 2^nd shift.  We have multiple openings in the Distribution industry.  We are hiring in the Gwinnet area.  We work with Industries in the food, apparel, automotive and etc industries.  Hourly rate will depend on what department you qualify for, $18 – $19 to start.

We are currently looking for minimum of 3 Years of experience operating a Reach Truck Forklift.

We are looking for order picker, reach truck, sit down, stand up, electric pallet jack operators to fill our distribution center and warehouse manufacturing locations. Having experience as Shipping Clerks and or Warehouse Lead, is a plus!!!

Core Duties:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
•  Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Loading and Unloading by hand
• Some departments only require the forklift 20% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 year of forklift experience(Reach Truck and Cherry Picker).
• Must be willing to complete and pass forklift certification for our company.
• Must be willing to complete a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Minimum of 6 months experience using the RF or Android Scan Gun.
• Shipping Clerk is a plus!!!
• Fedex and UPS experience would be great!!
