Hiring Food Line Processors in Reading, PA

7pm to 7am – Rotating Days – $19.75hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare kettles for startup and shut down processes.
• Operate kettles, monitor frying processes, and produce quality products in a high-pressure environment.
• Monitor, maintain, and change kettle oil as needed.
• Set up and change slicer heads.
• Coordinate kettle operations with basement prep rooms and packing areas.
• Oversee quality and food safety of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Remove waste from prep rooms, kettle rooms, and sorting areas and ensure all containers are emptied for the incoming shift.
