Job Opening: Production Coordinator

Now Hiring a Production Coordinator in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Pay: $17.00/hr. Paid weekly

Production Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Ensure the production floor is fully staffed.
• Ensure the production team meets scheduled goals.
• Coordinate quantity of materials needed for the orders.
• Ensure repack lines run in accordance with production plan.
• Overseeing the repack dept. to ensure they are performing efficiently.
• Entering the production totals for the day.
• Maintain accurate timing for production lines.
• Create and make sure production team follows the production schedule.
• Communication with QC Supervisor, Logistics Supervisors.

Production Coordinator Requirements:

• Associate's degree in business management
• Minimum 2 years in produce warehouse
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to move/walk for long periods of time
