We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our NW Houston client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our Home Access Control products. This role involves working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships with customers.

MUST have working knowledge of door, gate, access control, CCTV - Accessories.

Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of home access control systems

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
