Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers using appropriate safety measures.
• Maintain accurate inventory by scanning items and updating records as needed.
• Stack and organize products in designated storage areas according to company policies.
• Perform regular inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Assist in conducting cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with other warehouse employees to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.

• Valid forklift operator certification or license, specifically for stand-up forklifts.
• Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to forklift operation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.
