Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Starting at $15/hr. Depending on experience. 

Are you a customer service superstar?  Prologistix is seeking a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.  Previous customer representative experience is required.  

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Develops partnering relationships with customers
• Assists in providing support and/or guidance to customers
• Close sales and achieve assigned goals
• Maintain and expand our database of prospects
• Maintain accurate customer information within our internal database systems
• Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
• Becoming familiar with our extensive product line and any promotional offer

Experience or Education Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence
• Inside sales experience/3 years preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Dependable, organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented
• Able to manage high call volume efficiently
• High School diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
