Job Opening: Customer Quotation Coordinator
Description
We are seeking an Customer Quotation Coordinator for one of our clients in the Venice area.
Shift: Monday – Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
Pay: $21/hr.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other billing information to customers.
- Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote.
- Make sure all parts are billed on service repair order.
- Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice.
- Ensure customers are billed correctly for the services provided.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quoting.
- Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue, responding to incoming quote requests from
customers in a timely manner. Update required fields in Salesforce.com case once quote is processed and sent to customer. - May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman and Element for fleet management quoting/billing.
Requirements:

- Qualifications
• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• One (1) year to Two (2) years or more in Customer Service Experience, Required
