Job Opening: Hand Welder

ProLogistix is currently looking for a skilled Hand Welder to join our Fabrication facility in Kent, WA.

The shift will begin at 6AM, with a duration ranging from 8 to 10 hours.

Starting hourly pay is $25 per hour.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manually moving pipes in and out of weld machinery.
• Operate hand help weld gun.
• Move pipes along table to off-load onto pipe carts and transfer finish goods.
• Associates will be crossed trained on operating sit-down forklift and doing shipping/receiving.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Performs job duties within guidelines of Standard Operating Procedures for that function.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a production (multi-taking) environment while under constraints.
• Previous welding experience (helps with the ability to become certified)
• Basic arithmetic skills required using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to read a tape measure in ¼” increments.
