Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to support our administrative and HR functions.
This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to assist with document translation and employee communications. Previous experience in Human Resources is highly preferred and may lead to long-term placement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties in support of the office and HR department

Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish

Communicate effectively with team members and employees across all levels

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks

Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally

Assist with correspondence and other written communications in both languages
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – written and verbal fluency required

Prior administrative experience required; HR experience is a plus
