Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year recent experience Receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills 
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Utilizing an industrial digital scale  
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a logistics warehouse
• Flexible with working weekends/ Holidays based off operational needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Operate in narrow aisles
• Use handheld scanners or onboard computers
• Stand for an entire shift
• Follow warehouse systems and processes

Job Description Air Export Receiver with Forklift Experience

Tasks and Duties

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Coordinating the daily operation of inventory control, warehouse management, shipping, and receiving
• Receiving and processing incoming shipments Verifying the contents of shipments against purchase orders and Driver's pick -up/ drop- off paperwork. 
• Ensuring that the cargo is stored safely and in the correct location within the warehouse
• Unloading and load container and trucks - operating sit-down, or reach/ stand-up Forklift/ Counter Balance and EPJ
• Inspecting deliveries with great attention to detail
• Able to physically lift and move heavy items within the warehouse as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Understand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place and updated.
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedure.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Log & Prepare shipments For Export Take weight and dims of freight.
• Receive Documents and freight – cargo.
• Process shipments Monitor shipments. Forklift operations – to pull/ and stage screened freight.
