Job Responsibilities:
- Review, respond to email from customer.
- Complete BOL, Prepare boards for in bounds and our bounds
- Prepare labels
- Receive drivers and ship out drivers
- QC- Review, post and process shipping paperwork
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Microsoft experience (Word, Excel and power point)
- Inventory control
- 3PL / SAP experience required
