Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Possess the ABILITY to perform a variety of duties
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical and material handling equipment.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs on equipment and track orders
- Avoid prolonged shutdowns for corrective maintenance and operation
- Support the control of the budget of materials and spare parts
- Support process improvement to achieve lower production cost (improves maintenance efficiency)
- Comply with the policies and procedures established for the department and the company
- Knowledge of Machinery with automated control systems
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and manufacturing process
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Performs related duties as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, and/or equivalent education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance position or related field.
Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace, particularly forms, Excel, and drive
- AutoCAD, PLC, Solid works
- HACCP knowledge
- Knowledge and handling of scales
- Knowledge and handling of Metal detector
