Janitorial // Building Maintenance Services! 

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-230PM $17.25

3rd Shift: Sunday night-Thursday night 10PM-630AM (First week you train on 1st shift) $18.75

• Weekly pay of $17.25-$18.25 based off shift
• NO Overtime required
• .50 cent increase upon conversion (480 hours) and .25 cents every 6 months after this

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Sanitizing and cleaning breakrooms.
• Sweeping and mopping production floor, restrooms, break rooms
• Mopping and cleaning outdoor restrooms at facility.
• Cleaning windows both interior and exterior
• Sweeping parking lot immediately 
• Stand for an entire shift
• Walk for an entire shift
• Bend, Twist, Grasp for entire shift
• Go in and out of the building to take out trash and to clean additional outdoor work spaces
• General building maintenance (light bulbs, racking)
• Report to Maintenance Manager for Direction
• Team player and attention to details
• Operation of industrial sweeper 
• Operation of Sit down forklift 
• Empty hoppers and gaylords

Safety Guidelines:

• Use of safety vest provided onsite at the client
