Responsibilities:

· Responsible for processing orders for assigned customer

· Provide accurate and timely communication to customers

· Daily follow up on open orders

· Monitor delays, interruptions and rush orders and adjust accordingly to meet deadlines

· Follow up on export and packaging planning schedule to ensure customer products are processed within the lead time requested

· Problem solving of ad hoc internal and external issues

· Improving efficiency of processes from a quality, cost and timing perspective

· Participating to prepare KPI’s and stock analysis

· Act as a backup for colleagues when needed

· Keep close and transparent communication with all teams on daily basis

· Active participation in weekly internal and external meetings

· Participate in any training required

· Adhere to all client work and safety rules

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate 3+ years of sit-down forklift WMS, SAP, MS/Excel Inventory experience 1+ year Ship, receive and stock product.

Verify quantity and part numbers(s) of material being shipped and received.

Prepare shipping documents and package product for shipment via UPS or truck.

Cycle count to verify product inventory.

Interface with sales and management for disposition of product.

Perform various other duties as assigned.

Follow UPS and DOT shipping protocols and regulations.

Sit Down Forklift Operator – Baytown, TX

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least one year of forklift experience in shipping & receiving warehouse environment.

Job duties:

• Take packaged material from line to container
