Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order processing, storage, packing, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release sales orders and replenishment pick tickets.

• Perform picking tasks, including comparing location numbers, article numbers, and quantities on pick tickets with shelf labels to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure batches are picked in sequence and consolidated properly.

• Conduct storage operations by comparing location numbers on storage tickets with shelf locations and ensuring accuracy.

• Confirm and pack orders using Oracle Telnet and compare packing lists with product labels.

• Accurately count items to ensure the correct quantity is shipped and pack boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• Manifest all parcel and LTL shipments.

• Assist with loading trucks or trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Inspect products and packing lists for defects or discrepancies and notify management as needed.

• Check packing lists for special customer requirements, such as labeling or packaging instructions.

• Weigh merchandise, complete bills of lading, and ensure packing lists are accurate.

• Regularly stock workstations with appropriate packing materials to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Support the Shipping Manager and Lead to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
